Warranty

a. Electronic or other merchandise (“Goods”) sold through NexEnCast Private Limited (“NPL”) carry a standard one-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”), effective from the date of the sale invoice for the Goods and in strict adherence to the respective original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) guidelines against manufacturing defects only. The buyer (“Buyer”) may check the Warranty laid down by the respective OEM on their official website for further details.
b. Defective Goods may be repaired or exchanged at NPL’s sole discretion, for the same model or OEM’s equivalent model.

Returns

a. Goods sold through NPL carry a strict no-return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect, in which case, the Warranty above shall be applicable, or a repair or exchange as set out in Clause 1b above. If the conditions of Clause 1 are not met by the Purchaser, NPL reserves the right to refuse the return of such Goods or to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee from the Buyer.

b. Conditions for return of Goods:

  1. All returned Goods must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
  2. The retail value of any free items provided with the Goods but not returned to NPL will be charged to Buyers account.
  3. Shipping and handling fees for any return of Goods is non-refundable.
  4. In case of restocking, it is upon the Buyer to reverse the entire GST amount they may have claimed against the Goods.
  5. Claims for missing Goods or Goods damaged in transit must be received within one business day of receipt of Goods by the Buyer.
  6. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged Goods will not be reimbursed and the same is to be borne by the Buyer.

Limited Liability

a. NPL shall not be liable/responsible for any personal data or items (digital data or otherwise) left in returned Goods.

b. NPL shall not be liable/responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any Goods bought from NPL. NPL’s liability shall, at all times, for anything related to the Goods, be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer in lieu of the Goods.

c. Any Goods containing digital user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked by Buyer before sending back to NPL.

NPL shall have no liability whatsoever to the Buyer in relation to the Goods other than as set out above !
